Thank you for being part of the Canadian Food Engineering Conference 2026. As part of the conference program, attendees are invited to join a one-day post-conference trip to Niagara Falls on May 16, 2026.

This excursion includes a visit to Niagara Falls, with an option to either enjoy a winery experience at Peller Estates Winery or spend time exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, followed by a stop at a local favourite, Avondale Dairy Bar.

Please note that this excursion is optional and subject to an additional charge. It is not included in the conference registration fee.
