Pre-Conference Workshop
Smart Food Engineering Systems: AI Systems and Computational Tools for Food Processing, Product Innovation, Nutrition, and Sensory Optimization
As part of CFEC 2026, attendees are invited to join a special pre-conference workshop on emerging smart food engineering systems and the growing role of artificial intelligence and computational tools in food research and innovation.
This workshop will be delivered by Dr. Srimathi Kannan of Massachusetts Farm Fresh Multi-Sensory Nutrition Education, USA. The session will explore how AI-driven systems and computational approaches are being applied across food processing, product development, nutrition, and sensory optimization.
