NOTE:
  • On-site registration will be available on May 14, 2026. An additional 25 CAD + HST will be applied to the Regular Registration rate.
  • Sponsorship payments can be made by cheque, payable to the University of Guelph, with the subject/reference noted as “College of Engineering – Canadian Food Engineering Conference”.
  • All registration fees are in CAD and are charged per person.
  • Registration includes:
    • Access to all scientific sessions
    • Conference materials & badge
    • Breakfast (1 day) & Lunch (2 days)
    • Award Banquet Dinner
    • Coffee & networking breaks
    • Food Innovation Exchange (FIX) exhibition
  • Optional Activity – Day Trip: Niagara Falls & Niagara-on-the-Lake (Add during registration)
    • Additional fee: TBD
    • Includes: Chartered bus transportation only
    • Participants are responsible for attraction tickets and meals
    • Departure: 8:00 AM (University of Guelph campus)
    • Return: 10:00 PM (University of Guelph campus)

Registration process

  1. Visit the Payment Portal Payment Portal
  2. Fill in the Required Information
    Enter the following details in the payment portal and click the “Pay Now” button:
    • Department: School of Engineering
    • Invoice No.: Your full name
    • Amount:
      Students: $90
      Others: $200
    • Notes: CFEC26 Registration
  3. Complete the Payment using your credit or debit card
  4. Save Your Payment Confirmation
    After completing the payment, capture the Transaction ID and Date on the confirmation page.

    NOTE: You need Transaction ID and Date to complete the registration.

  5. Complete the registration form Registration Form
